On 29 November 2025, the 21UP Movement at the MBCC Awards 2025 marked an unforgettable weekend of inspiration, excellence and community engagement. Hosted by the incredible Judi Love alongside Nareen Khan, the MBCC Awards brought together leaders, changemakers and organisations committed to driving positive social impact.

The sold-out event welcomed over 1,000 guests, featured celebrity attendance and received national media coverage. The prestigious Multicultural Business & Community Champion (MBCC) Awards 2025 highlighted inclusion, leadership and the power of community in transforming lives.
Role Model of the Year Recognition at the MBCC Awards
We were proud to see our founder Perry Blake recognised as a finalist for the Role Model of the Year Award at the MBCC Awards 2025.

This award honours individuals who turn adversity into action and inspire others through leadership, resilience and compassion. Being shortlisted reflected the values and mission of 21UP Movement and the impact it continues to have on young people and communities.
Young People Experiencing the 21UP Movement at the MBCC Awards 2025
All nine of our young people attended the MBCC Awards weekend dressed to impress, confidently entering a black tie environment, many for the first time. The 21UP Movement at the MBCC Awards 2025 experience gave them visibility, confidence and a sense of belonging in spaces often perceived as inaccessible.

They enjoyed VIP receptions and meaningful conversations, including meeting Rudolph Walker OBE and Adrian Lester. These moments reinforced the message that young people can thrive in any environment with the right support.
Celebrating the Vision Behind the MBCC Awards
A massive shout out goes to Zoe Bennett, widely recognised as the Motivational Queen, for founding the MBCC Awards. Her vision has created a platform that celebrates unsung heroes who consistently drive positive change in society.
The MBCC Awards continue to spotlight individuals and organisations who return to their communities committed to leadership, service and impact.

Conclusion
The 21UP Movement at the MBCC Awards 2025 experience was more than attendance at an awards ceremony. It was a powerful reminder that when young people are believed in and given access and opportunity, they rise with confidence and purpose. We are proud to have participated in this prestigious event and remain committed to creating brighter futures for the next generation.

I really enjoyed reading how the event celebrated youth empowerment and recognized young people making positive change through community support and leadership. It felt inspiring to see how achievements like the MBCC Awards highlight confidence and growth among youth participants. When I was rushing to finish a reflective project about leadership, I once used assignment writing service UK while learning similar ideas. It reminded me that encouragement and opportunity can truly shape someone’s future.
